The Sindh Safe Cities Authority (SSCA), established under the Sindh Safe Cities Authority Act, 2019, is the apex provincial body tasked with introducing modern, technology-driven public safety systems across Sindh. Through its integrated Command, Control, Communication & Surveillance (CCCS) framework, SSCA is transforming policing into a data-driven, real-time, and highly responsive system.
The flagship Karachi Safe City Project is a multi-phase, city-wide security initiative. Each phase enhances capacity, expands surveillance coverage, and deepens integration with law enforcement, emergency response, and government agencies.
Once all phases are completed, Karachi will stand among the most secure and technologically advanced cities in the region. SSCA’s expansion to other major cities is already underway, reinforcing Sindh's commitment to safe, smart, and modern urban governance.
